Cha Gio (Chả Giò) is the southern Vietnamese deep-fried spring roll — wrapped in delicate rice paper that fries up shatter-crisp on the outside while staying tender inside. At TNK Vietnamese Restaurant our Cha Gio is filled with a traditional mixture of seasoned ground pork, finely shredded carrot, onion and a touch of glass noodle for that signature texture.
Each order comes with four hot, golden rolls fresh from the fryer, alongside our house dipping sauce. Pull apart with chopsticks, wrap in lettuce with mint if you like, and dip — it is the way Cha Gio has been enjoyed in Vietnam for generations. Our spring rolls are hand-rolled fresh and fried to order. We never reuse oil for too long, and the wrappers are kept thin so the rolls stay crisp through the entire dipping process.
