At TNK Vietnamese Restaurant we build our Bún bowls on a base of cool rice vermicelli noodles, layered with shredded lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, fresh mint and basil, pickled daikon and carrot, and a sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts.
Choose your protein — grilled lemongrass-marinated meat, crispy spring rolls or a combination — and finish with a generous pour of our house nuoc cham (a bright, balanced sauce of fish sauce, lime, sugar and garlic).
